Binocular Load Cell
The Binocular Ring Loadcell has an IP-68 protection perfectly suited for industrial applications. Based on the bending beam principle it has excellent repeatibility and accuracy.
Button Type Load Cell
These are low profile compression loadcells used in applications where there is a space constraint.
Compression Load Cell
General Purpose Compression type load cells with IP-68 protection are widely used for Tank and Hopper Weighing System, Batching Plant, Silo Weighing System, Roll Force Measurement, etc.
Column Load Cell
Column type load cells with IP-68 protection are widely used for Roll Force Measurement, Silo Weighing System, Bin Level Monitoring system, etc.
Tension Load Cell
Tension loadcells are used only to measure tension loads, it is rugged and has a very high precision. It is suitable for very high force applications.
Double Shear Load Cell
The shearbeam load cell can be either cylindrical or rectangular. The strain gauges are placed at the bottom of the blind holes. The strain gauges are mounted on the beam at 45 degrees to the longitudinal axis. When the load is applied to the beam, gauges along 45 degrees become longer (tension), along 135 degree become shorter (compression), thereby unbalancing the bridge. The shear beam load cell is insensitive to lateral forces, and point of application of torque is not critical. Shear Beam Loadcells with IP-68 protection is used mainly for Lorry Weigh Bridges.
Single Shear
Similar to the bending beam, the shear beam loadcells can be used in very harsh industrial environments for measurement of compressive and tensile forces.
Double Ended Shear Beam
Double Ended Shear Beam loadcells are designed for central mounting and loading on either side. This type of configuration ensures that the output of the loadcell is not affected by lateral loads. It is very rugged and is IP 68 protected.
Rope Tension
Rope Tension is a special loadcell used for measuring the tension on a rope. It is clamped on to the rope and is used to measure the slackness or tension of a rope on a crane. It is widely used in cranes for overload protection and rope slackening prevention.
Universal Load cell
The universal shear loadcell is generally used for material testing and in applications where both compression and tension loads are to be monitored.
Double ‘S’ Load Cell
S type or S beam loadcell as it is popularly called; these loadcells find a wide range of applications in both compression and tension. These are available in Aluminium and Steel.
