Sealed Power Adaptor – up to 500 W
The Gilgal Power Systems Sealed Power Adaptor series, represented in Israel by Amironic Ltd, delivers rugged, high-efficiency DC-DC power conversion for military and industrial applications where reliability is paramount.
Each model features a fully sealed IP67 aluminum housing, reverse-polarity and surge protection, and is tested in accordance with MIL-STD-1275, MIL-STD-704, MIL-STD-461, MIL-STD-810, and DO-160E.
With power ratings up to 500 W, efficiency as high as 94 %, and wide input voltage ranges (18–36 VDC and 36–72 VDC), these adaptors are engineered for harsh-environment DC-DC power systems.
The design includes base-plate cooling with anodized coating, full input-to-output isolation (500 V), and remote ON/OFF control for system integration.
All units are tested for shock up to 40 g SRS, ensuring consistent performance in ground, airborne, and mobile platforms.
