Snap Stat Thermal Switches

• Temperature Range: 0°F – 300°F (-17.8°C – 148°C)

• Utilizes a bimetallic snap disc for contact movement, offering shock and vibration immunity with a broad differential.

Plug Stat Thermal Switches

• Temperature Range: 0°F – 650°F (-17.8°C – 343°C)

• Contact movement achieved through the expansion rates of two fused metals, providing precise temperature sensing with a small differential.

• Configuration Options:

  • M1 Series – Solder Terminals

  • M2 Series – Glass-sealed Connectors

  • L Series – Ground-to-Case

  • S Series – Dual-Setpoint

Rod and Tube Thermal Switches

• Temperature Range: 0°F – 1750°F (-18.3°C – 954°C)

• Contact movement is based on the different expansion coefficients of the outer tube and internal rod, ensuring rapid response and high-temperature sensing.

• Configuration Options:

  • X1 Series – 0°F – 850°F

  • X2 Series – 850°F – 1750°F

  • AB Series – SPDT

  • W Series – Ground-to-Case
