Brushed DC Servo Motors with Integrated Encoder

The ACS-23-53 Coreless Servo Series is designed for high-precision motion control in demanding OEM applications. Combining a compact 23 mm form factor, integrated magnetic encoder and optional planetary gearboxes, it is well suited for robotics, electro-optical systems, unmanned platforms (UAVs), medical devices, industrial automation and defense applications requiring fast response, smooth motion and reliable performance.

How to Select the Correct ACS-23-53 Model

Choose the model primarily according to the available DC supply voltage, required operating speed, continuous torque and output power. The two 24 V versions use different windings: ACS-23-53-24A provides higher rated torque at lower speed and current, while ACS-23-53-24B provides higher speed, higher output power and higher stall torque.

Connection Description
DC Power Supply → Servo Drive Provides operating power.
