CPI’s waterproof panel switches combine long-life reliability with versatile installation options. Designed for harsh industrial, marine, and off-road environments, these assemblies offer up to one million operations, sealed thermoplastic rubber construction, and full customization for wiring and connectors.

Each panel assembly integrates CPI’s proven B9000-series snap-action switch, housed in a heavy-gauge 304 stainless-steel panel for outstanding mechanical strength and corrosion resistance. The internal copper sine-blade mechanism ensures crisp tactile response and long-term electrical integrity, even under vibration or shock.

Switches can be wired in series, in parallel, or as independent circuits, giving designers maximum flexibility for control layouts. Assemblies can be supplied with industry-standard connectors or pre-terminated harnesses, reducing wiring errors and simplifying installation.

• Electrical rating: 5 A resistive / 3 A inductive @ 28 VDC or 120 VAC

• Mechanical life: 100,000 – 1,000,000 cycles (depending on configuration)

• Operating temperature: –50 °F to +221 °F (–45 °C to +105 °C)

Three standard panel families cover most mechanical layouts:
E1333 – compact close-button orientation with integral PEM nuts for easy mounting
K1109 – wide-button orientation with slotted holes and space for graphics or labels
K1058 – flush or surface-mount design with minimal footprint for tight panels

Button heights are available in low, medium, and high profiles to suit different operator interfaces and glove use.
