Case: Red anodised billet machined aluminium (6082 T6).
Worm: High carbon steel (817M40).
Wheel: Billet machined aluminium bronze (CA104) P15-P50. P55-P70 use high carbon steel. Output hub fitted with aluminium bronze wheel.
Bearings: High quality steel single row bearings with rubber or steel shields.
Screw Caps: Mild steel with a chemically blacked coating.
Operating Temperature: Range 0ºC to 70ºC. Standard grease.

Double Reduction Worm Gear Reducers
Ratios: 100:1 – 400:1.
Case: Red anodised billet machined aluminium (6082 T6).
Worm: High carbon steel (817M40).
Wheel: Billet machined aluminium bronze (CA104) PP35-PP60.
Bearings: High quality steel single row bearings with rubber or steel shields.
Screw Caps: Mild steel with a chemically blacked coating.
Operating Temperature: Range 0ºC to 70ºC. Standard grease.

Ground Racks and Gear
Ratios: 10:1 – 120:1.
Case: Red anodised billet machined aluminium (6082T6).
Input Gear: 1:1 – 40:1, hardened alloy steel (655M13).
Output Gear: 1:1 – 5:1, hardened alloy steel (655M13). 8:1 – 40:1 aluminium bronze (CA104).
Bearings: High quality steel single row bearings with rubber seals.
Circlips: DIN471 steel.
Operating Temperature: Range 0ºC to 70ºC. Standard grease.

Heavy Duty Hardened Bevel
Ratios: 1:1 – 2:1.
Case: Red anodised billet machined aluminium (6082 T6).
Bevel Shaft: Hardened alloy steel (655M13).

Bearings: High quality single row. Ball bearings with rubber seals.
Operating Temperature: Range 0ºC to 70ºC. Standard grease.

Inline Spur Gear Reducers
Ratios: 1:1 – 6000:1.
Case: J / XJ : Aluminium Red anodised (6082 T6), end caps with black Delrin, centre body.
Gears: High carbon steel (817M40) or case hardened alloy steel (655M13).
Bearings: High quality single row ball bearings or Oilite® sintered bronze bearings.
Operating Temperature: Range 0ºC to 70ºC. Standard grease.
